To use mbetway's services, you must be at least 18 years of age This is not just our policy — it is an internationally recognized minimum standard for responsible betting.

Mbetway may request ID or other documents for age verification at any time. If verification is not completed, account functionality may be restricted.

Each individual on mbetway One Account Only You may only create one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email, or device may result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balance.

A national ID or passport must be submitted before your first withdrawal. This is part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and is done to protect your security.

All transactions on mbetway must be Registered in your own name Transactions must be made from your own payment account. Whether it's bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, the account must be registered in your name.

Verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested. Deposits made from a third party's account will be returned and any associated bonus will be cancelled.

Mbetway offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each offer has its own terms, clearly stated on the offer page.

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, your bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Each offer is valid once per person, per household, per device, or per IP address.
• If mbetway finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to investigate the account.
• While a bonus is active, odds must generally be 1.50 or higher.

Mbetway reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer without prior notice. However, changes will not apply to bonuses that have already been activated.

Placing a bet on mbetway means you are voluntarily accepting the associated risk. All bets can result in either a win or a loss. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a server error or software fault and a bet is placed at those odds, mbetway reserves the right to void that bet.
• Match Abandonment: If a match or event does not start within the scheduled time or is abandoned after play has begun, the bet will be settled according to the applicable sports rules.
• Live Betting: Odds change quickly in live betting. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• Maximum Bet Limit: mbetway sets bet limits based on membership tier. Separate limits apply for high rollers.

Any of the following activities Strictly Prohibited The following actions will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing artificial bets to abuse bonuses (arbitrage betting)
• Operating an account on behalf of or using funds from a third party
• Attempting to hack or bypass mbetway's systems
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Betting on Behalf of Minors

Mbetway reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Pending investigation for suspected rule violations
• If KYC documents are not submitted
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent
• Extended Inactivity (no login for more than 12 months)
• Self-Exclusion at Member's Own Request

If there is any valid balance in the account at the time of closure, it will be returned after verification — unless a decision has been made to forfeit it due to a breach of rules.
